Because we consider our hairpieces to be ‘intimate items’ that are worn in direct contact with the human body, we have a policy of no returns and no refunds. We want to assure each and every one of our clients that the L.A Hair product they purchase comes straight to them from our warehouse and is not an item that has been purchased previously and then returned. You have 24 hours from the time that you sign for the package to EXCHANGE your hair piece. We DO NOT accept refunds. This is to ensure that every hair piece we send out has not been worn or tampered with. All you need to do is send us the return tracking number within 24 hours of purchase. You are responsible for sending the package to us and also responsible for any fees associated with shipping it back to you. In addition, we recommend that you do NOT bleach the hair piece. This is to prevent damage to the hair.
