SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is placed, our shipping and receiving team pulls your order. It is then sent over to our home salon where our licensed Lauren Ashtyn Collection stylists will give your product the love it needs to prep for shipment. These specialists give your product a fresh shampoo and conditioning treatment and a fresh blow out ready for shipping. This process takes 3-5 business days, depending on how many orders are in front of yours.
Once prepped for shipment, our shipping staff places your product in our luxury box, then creates all appropriate documentation for shipment. We purchase tracking and insurance on each and every order we ship out. We know it's not fun to pay high shipping costs, but we don't want to take any chances on losing your precious package.
Shipping expectation time for US orders is 3-5 business days after it is blown out in our salon (7-10 business days for international orders).
On occasion, shipments may take longer than usual due to an influx of orders after going viral on social media or when our staff is out of town at our Pop Up Salon events. We always try to get your order to you as quickly as possible, as we know how excited you are to receive it, but there are some times when shipping is delayed a few days because of circumstances out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
