WE DO NOT REFUND ANY PURCHASES FOR ANY REASON.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Lauren Ashtyn Collection DOES NOT offer refunds once your purchase has gone through. Even if you want to cancel before your order is shipped, we can only offer you a store credit for the amount you paid.

We are not in the business of giving refunds for hair that has been purchased, preordered, or worn. You as the customer would not want to purchase used hair that had been worn or returned. We stand by our strict standards and do not sell used hair; this is not sanitary and is unethical. This is one of the reasons why under no circumstances do we offer returns. You will not receive a refund if the piece you order is on backorder. If you are wanting to know if your piece is in stock before purchasing, please reach out to our customer service department. Our human hair quality and luxury design of our products is in too high of demand to offer returns and/or refunds. If you want hair that can be returned, go to uniwigs.com.

However, we are pleased to accommodate a ONE TIME EXCHANGE within 24 hours of receiving your order. The piece must not have been worn, colored, cut or altered in any way. There is only one exchange per order--NO EXCEPTIONS. Any extension that has been cut, colored, or altered in any way is not eligible for exchange.

To initiate an exchange, please email our team at contact@laurenashtyn.com within 24 hours of signing for your package with your order number. If your piece is just slightly off in color, instead of exchanging it, we highly suggest taking your piece to your trusted stylist to have it colored to match your hair. This will save you from having to go through the exchange process. Since all of our pieces are human hair, they can be colored just like your own hair. We do not recommend bleaching them because it will damage the integrity of the hair, but you can color or tone them with no worries.

When you email us inquiring about an exchange, we will ask you to send us pictures of you holding up the piece next to your biological hair. This will help us determine if the color is the closest match for you, or if you need an exchange to a more suitable color. A lot of times, all that is needed is a slight tweak. Sometimes it just needs a purple shampoo rinse, a root added, or lowlights. We can determine this by seeing your pictures.

If we determine that we have a better option for you, we will allow the exchange. We’ll provide you with the return address to ship it to us. You must send it back to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs, as well as any duty/custom taxes that may apply to your country. We recommend that you send your hair extension back with a tracking option because The Lauren Ashtyn Collection will not be responsible for lost packages.

When we receive your package, we will inspect it. If we find that the extension has been worn, cut, colored, damaged, or tampered with in any way (including applying water or hot tools to the hair), The Lauren Ashtyn Collection will not be able to accept the exchange, and we will return the item to you. After we inspect your return and find it is in excellent condition, we will issue you a credit code for the amount of the item you're exchanging. This code can be used on our website to purchase whatever you'd like to exchange for. The code will expire 1 year from the original purchase date.

You must contact us prior to sending your exchange, as the address for exchanges is different from the address in which your product was shipped. Please note that exchanges returned to us without contacting us first cannot be guaranteed. All exchanges MUST be shipped via UPS (The United States Postal Service WILL NOT deliver packages to our address, so this is very important). You are responsible for the cost of shipping your exchange back to The Lauren Ashtyn Collection.

Once hair is sent to us to be exchanged and we find it is in excellent condition, it then goes into quarantine for 30 days before it is put back into our inventory. This is an extra measure we take to ensure everyone receives the highest quality hair product. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow exchanges once the item is worn and considered used for the safety of all our customers.

THE ONLY WAY TO EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT IS THROUGH OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. YOU CANNOT EXCHANGE A PRODUCT AT OUR HOME SALON, ONE OF OUR TOUR EVENTS, OR ANY PARTNER SALONS.

Additionally, exchanges are only permitted for online orders. If you purchase a piece at one of our tour events or in one of our salons, you have been able to see the piece in person and inspect it, therefore no exchanges, returns or refunds will be allowed under any circumstances. You sign a purchase form agreeing that you have inspected your product(s) and understand there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.

Some items are not eligible for exchange. These items include: custom colored pieces, all Lauren Ashtyn hair care products, all Moroccanoil hair care products, grippers, root coverage powders, candles, eyeshadow palettes, and the mannequin head and stand.
