Booking & Consultations
Your Consultation Is Free
Your consultation is free for one hour, and there is no obligation to buy. We do hold a card at booking, because we see one client at a time and your stylist's time is reserved for you. A fee of $150 applies if you no show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice. For a wig consultation the fee is $250.
Is there a charge for my consultation?
No. Your consultation at Lauren Ashtyn Salon in Spartanburg and Charleston is free for one hour, whether you buy a piece or not. We do hold a card at booking, because we see one client at a time and your stylist's time is reserved for you. A fee of $150 applies only if you no show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice on a topper appointment, and $250 on a wig appointment.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge at all. Inside 24 hours, or if you do not show, the fee applies to cover your stylist's reserved time. It is $150 for a topper appointment and $250 for a wig appointment.
What if I come in and do not buy anything?
Your hour is free either way, so come in, try pieces on and take your time. We only ask one thing: because we see a single client at a time, if an appointment runs past the hour and you decide not to take a piece home that day, the consultation fee applies. Your stylist will always tell you before you reach that point.
