Qualifications:

Valid State Cosmetology License required
Exceptional client service skills
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Desire to work in a fast-paced salon environment
Ability to work well with a diverse staff at all times
Empathetic, compassionate personality
Must be willing to travel

Responsibilities:

Deliver efficient, consistent makeovers
Consult with each client based on the client journey and selected services
Exceptional client service, attention, and care within the salon
Provide and suggest the proper products and treatments for clients based on hair length, type, and texture
Assist salon management in maintaining the salon and your own individual station
