Is it real hair?

Yes, 100% European Remy human hair.

 

What is Remy hair?

Hair that still has the cuticle attached. Remy hair pieces are designed with the cuticle at the base so it will lay just like natural hair.

 

Do you have ones with bangs?

No, but bangs can easily be cut into the piece by a licensed stylist.

 

Can I change the part?

Yes, they can be parted in any direction.

 

How do they stay on?

With 4 specially designed clips.

 

Do they pull out your natural hair?

No, they are designed specifically for thinning hair so they are damage free to your own hair.

 

Can you wear a ponytail or other styles with it?

Yes, you can wear almost any style with our pieces.

 

Do you have blonde/brunette/red/grey/etc?

We have 30 colors to choose from, and you can always take it to your stylist to have them color it to match your exact hair color.

 

How long do the pieces last?

They can last for up to 3+ years with proper care.

 

Can you wear them through airport security?

Yes, we do it all the time.

 

How often do you wash them?

Depending on how often you wear yours, we recommend every 4-6 weeks or so.

 

How do I store my piece?

We sell a mannequin head and table stand that is the best and safest way to store your piece.

 

Do I style the piece on my head?

You should not blow dry the piece on your head because it can pull at the clips and your own hair. You may curl it on your head carefully but we highly recommend getting the mannequin head and stand to style your piece on.

 

Can I swim in my piece?

No, we do not recommend that.

 

Can I sleep in my piece?

No, you should store it with the clips closed at night.

 

Can you color the pieces or add highlights?

You can color and/or tone but we do not recommend bleaching as it damages the integrity of the hair.

 

Can I perm the hair?

No, we do not recommend that as it damages the integrity of the hair.

 

Do you have curly pieces?

Our pieces have a natural body wave to them and can be curled, straightened, or styled any way you prefer.

 

Can I add more clips on my piece?

Yes we sell extra clips on our website, and you can sew them on wherever you’d like.

 

How can I sell these in my salon to my clients?

We do not offer wholesale or discounts for stylists, but you are more than welcome to recommend our products to your clients, and they can purchase the piece and then bring it to you to have it customized.

 

Where can I come and see these pieces in person?

We have a salon in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and we also travel all over the US doing Pop Up Salons.

We ship worldwide.

 

Do you offer discounts?

Unfortunately not because of the high quality and demand of our luxury products. We do have payment plan options for those in the US: Affirm or ShopPay Payments. You can choose these options at checkout.

TOPPER FAQs

What are the sizes of the bases?

Full volume base: 5” x 6”

Light volume base: 3” x 5”

 

What is the base made of?

Micro mesh

 

Does wearing a topper make you hot?

No, because of the micro mesh base, it is very breathable. It will feel just like you would feel if you had that much hair naturally.

 

How much is a topper?

They start at $550, but we would need to see pictures of your hair to know which piece to recommend for you.


LUXURY LENGTH FAQs

Can you wear the luxury length piece with a topper?

Yes, our clients who are looking for volume AND length love combining the two.

 

Can the string on the luxury length pieces be replaced?

Yes, you can use fishing wire to replace it.

 

What’s the price of the luxury length pieces?

The shorter one is $650 and the longer one is $750.


WIG FAQs

What’s the point of the lace on the wigs?

When you receive your wig, you would then cut the lace to your liking. The lace allows you to customize your hairline, incorporating your own hair or not. You could also remove some strands from the front of the hairline if you’d like. This will be a personal preference when you receive your wig. The lace will not show once you personalize it.

 

What if I don’t have any hair and want to wear one of your wigs?

You can remove the clips and wear a wig gripper (which is like a headband) under the wig.

 

What are the prices of the wigs?

They range from $3,000-$3,600.


RETURN/EXCHANGE FAQs

Can I return it if I don’t like it?

Unfortunately we have a strict no refund policy but we do allow a one time exchange if you contact us within 24 hours of signing for your package. We will send you all the instructions of how to exchange your piece, and you should get it shipped back to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We can only receive packages through UPS. Email us to get the exchange process started.

 

"This color doesn't match and/or it's too thick and/or doesn't blend."

The key to getting your piece to match perfectly and look the most natural is to take it to your trusted stylist for further customization. There is a "Stylist Guide" inside your package for you to take to your stylist so they feel comfortable cutting the piece and/or coloring it if needed.

 

Are there any items that are not eligible for exchange?

Yes, any hair piece you bought in person is not eligible for exchange because you had the chance to inspect that piece before you purchased it.

Custom colored pieces are also not eligible for exchange.

All hair care products and eyeshadow palettes are also not eligible for exchange.

SHIPPING FAQs

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. (Please be aware that some countries do not allow the import of human hair. We recommend checking with your country's import regulations before ordering. Countries we know we cannot ship to: Spain, Italy, Russia, etc.)

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our Headquarters in Spartanburg, South Carolina in the United States.

What carrier do you use for shipping?

For packages being shipped in the United States, we exclusively use UPS. For international packages, we use UPS and DHL.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Our process is unique and unlike anyone else in the hair industry. We pride ourselves on providing a fresh shampoo and blowout to every piece before it gets sent out. This step does not happen until your order is placed. Therefore, it can take 3-4 days for it to be ready to package up and prepare for shipment. Once it is shipped, it is sent through UPS and a tracking number is emailed to you. We buy insurance on all of our packages, and a signature is required to receive your package. US shipping is usually 2-4 business days and international shipping is usually 7-10 business days. Remember that it has to be blown out, styled, then packaged up, THEN shipped through UPS. So please expect this entire process to take 1-2 weeks depending on how many orders we have at any given time. We promise we are working hard to provide you with the highest quality product in the speediest way possible, without cutting corners.
