Hair toppers start at $650 and full volume toppers start at $1,050. Luxury length extensions are $750 to $850 and hand-tied lace front wigs are $3,100 to $3,700.

What size are the hair topper bases?

The Full Volume topper has a 5 by 6.5 inch base and comes in 12-18 inch and 5-6 inch lengths. The Light Volume topper has a 3 by 5 inch base in 12-16 inch lengths. The Light Volume Mini has a 3 by 3.5 inch base in 5-6 inch lengths.

Yes. Every piece is 100% European Remy human hair, with each strand triple hand-knotted onto a breathable micro mesh base. A single piece takes 45 to 60 days to make.

How long does a hair topper or wig last?

Up to 3 years, depending entirely on care. Wear frequency, products used, washing frequency and heat styling all affect lifespan. Clients who wear a piece daily average about one piece per year.

How often should I wash my hair topper or wig?

Every 4 to 6 weeks, or as needed. A hair piece receives no natural scalp oils, so washing too often dries the hair. Use sulfate-free and alcohol-free products only.

How long does shipping take?

Allow 3 to 5 business days for salon preparation, during which a licensed stylist inspects, blows out and styles your piece. US orders then arrive in 3 to 5 business days and international orders in 7 to 10. Every order is tracked and insured.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

No. Because every piece is made from premium human hair, hygiene standards mean we do not offer returns or refunds on any purchase. We do offer a one-time exchange on eligible online orders.

What is your exchange policy?

A one-time exchange on eligible online purchases. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery, the piece must be unworn, uncut, uncoloured and unaltered, and it must ship back within 48 hours by UPS, not USPS. Customers pay exchange shipping. You then have two weeks to choose a replacement, after which store credit valid for one year is issued. Salon, pop-up salon and custom coloured pieces are final sale.

How do I find my colour match?

Send 4 to 5 photos of your hair in natural daylight, worn down and unfiltered, for a free virtual consultation. We offer 30 signature shades, and custom colour is available for a $250 fee, taking 7 to 30 days.

Will insurance cover a wig or hair topper?

If you are experiencing hair loss from a qualifying medical condition, your insurance may reimburse part of the cost of a cranial prosthesis. Coverage varies by provider and cannot be guaranteed. Our Medical Prosthesis Director, Paula Guest RN, can guide you through the reimbursement process.

Can I wear a wig if I have little or no hair?

Yes. The clips can be removed and the wig worn with a Velvet Wig Gripper for a secure fit with no adhesives. Each wig also has an adjustable stretchy band with clasps.

Does wearing a hair topper make your head hot?

No. The micro mesh base is completely breathable, so it is the same amount of warmth as having that much hair naturally.
