No. Everything bought in person is final sale, whatever it is: a wig, a topper, an extension, hair care, a TYME iron or an accessory. There are no exchanges and no refunds on an in-person purchase.

Here is why. When you buy in person you see the piece in front of you, try it on, and check the color and the quality for yourself before you pay. You then sign to confirm that you have inspected your wig, topper or extension and that all sales are final. You are also offered a cut so your stylist can blend it to your own head before you leave, so the piece has been customized to you and could never be worn by anyone else.

The trade is a good one: you walk out with a piece you have already seen and approved, blended to you, which is the step most online clients book with a stylist afterward.
