Finally, it goes without saying that the body con fit a must on this night—but if you’re feeling a little too body conscious, wear a more comfortable fit and add the drama elsewhere, like with a really great pair heels.

Stiletto heels, knee high boots, caged heeled sandals, sparkly pumps…the options for a fun and dramatic shoe are endless when it comes to New Year’s eve. The weather where you live may play a part in your selection, however. If you are currently residing in a more frigid climate, the addition of tights is a good call.
